Ms Sklar believes that justice is attained through fair and accessible access for litigants.
Knowledge is a key component to access. Another is having the resources.
For that purpose, Ms Sklar takes the time despite her busy schedule to inform the public about its rights and obligations and also provide legal information about the legal system's various mechanisms.
She is involved in her community through various non-profit organizations and projects in order to accomplish her goals for real access to justice for all, and especially for the minority and most vulnerable.
